Who's in for a Multi-billion dollar business even during hard times?

How successful people think compared to the less successful :
  1. The more successful people are, the longer term they think.

E.g someone who is homeless - how far do they ponder? They probably only focus on their next meal. "Where am I going to get my next meal?"

A typical employee would think a month in advance: - how much will I get paid next month ?

A typical manager would think in quarterly terms - what're my quarterly metrics? What’re my goals and objectives ?

A good entrepreneur would usually think about the next year - what do I want to accomplish in 2-3 years?

Some even have 3-5 year, and even 10 year plans. So, successful people tend to think much longer-term.
  1. Successful people look at things as they are - not worse than they are, not better than they are, but just exactly as they really are.

Unsuccessful people are often overly optimistic. "I'm going to start this business, and you know what, within 30 days, I'm going to be earning $10,000 a month, although I don't know what I'm doing". That usually never works out.

Successful people, though, think realistically.  They’re mainly optimists. They’ve an optimistic view of what they're going to do. They believe in what they do. They believe in the product and the services they deliver. They're pragmatic.

They keep asking themselves, "What could go wrong next?", "What don't I know?" & "what don't I see?"
  1. Successful people think about people.

Unsuccessful people very often are very selfish and think only about themselves. "What am I gonna get?", they say — especially people who are desperate for money.

Successful people, on the other hand, think about other people. They think about their customers, their employees, their vendors and business partners, etc. They think about how they can deliver more value in any marketplace. They don't think, "here's what I want to do, sell and shove this down their throats."

    This also doesn't work.

They take themselves out of the equation and think about people. "How can I deliver more value to my customers and ensure that my employees perform at the highest level?" They think about other people.

When you think about other people, and about their needs, it’ll make them warm up to you and want to see what you’re all about.
So, what is the fastest and easiest way to become successful? It's by surrounding yourself with successful people and doing and modelling their successes

So that's exactly what I did. And now I want to open that door for you!
